Cornerstone Global Partners is proud to exclusively represent a leading e-commerce platform in their search for a passionate and highly organized Marketing Affiliate Operations Specialist. This is a fantastic 3-month renewable contract role, perfectly suited for an individual ready to dive deep into the world of digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational linchpin for the affiliate marketing program. Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of all affiliate-related activities. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal marketing teams and external affiliate partners to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
Your typical day will involve managing the complete affiliate lifecycle, from partner onboarding and verification to tracking campaign performance, analyzing conversion data, and processing commissions. You will leverage various tools and platforms to generate insightful reports, identify growth opportunities, and troubleshoot issues. We are looking for someone who is not only highly analytical and comfortable with data but also possesses excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with our affiliate community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of affiliate partners, including onboarding, verification, and payout processing.
- Monitor affiliate campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPA, ROI, conversion rates), and generate regular performance reports for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, affiliate links, and tracking codes to new and existing partners.
- Address and resolve affiliate inquiries and technical issues promptly via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Conduct quality checks on affiliate traffic sources and marketing methods to ensure compliance with platform terms and policies.
- Assist in planning and executing affiliate marketing campaigns, including setting up rules, coupons, and incentive structures within the affiliate platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of affiliate partners, contracts, commission structures, and communications in internal databases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and scalability of affiliate operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing operations, e-commerce support, or a similar administrative/operations role.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups, data visualization).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new software, CRM systems, and affiliate management platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a home-based environment.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
