BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Marketing Agency Car Specialist to drive growth in our Balikpapan branch. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for achieving debtor sales targets by strategically developing and maintaining agency/partnership networks. You'll identify and collaborate with third-party agencies, dealers, and financial institutions to expand our car loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting our auto financing solutions, building strong commercial relationships, and executing targeted sales strategies. You'll analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and optimize partnership performance to exceed regional sales objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage agency partnerships to achieve car loan sales targets
- Identify and onboard new third-party dealers and financial institutions
- Execute promotional campaigns for auto financing products
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor partnership performance and sales metrics
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance (S1 preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in automotive finance
- Proven track record in partnership development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Balikpapan's automotive market
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
