Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit and onboard new Business Agents (BA) to expand our distribution network
- Maintain strong relationships with existing Business Agents to ensure high performance
- Achieve monthly sales targets for car financing products
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide product training and support to Business Agents
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in automotive finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
