Join BFI Finance Indonesia as a Marketing Agent Officer (Automotive) and drive our growth in Depok's dynamic automotive market. You'll be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting top-tier Business Agents (BAs) to expand our customer base. This role requires proactive relationship management with BAs while ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets through strategic coaching and performance tracking. We seek a results-driven professional with passion for automotive financing solutions who can thrive in a target-oriented environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment strategies and contribute to branch success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source and recruit qualified Business Agents (BAs) specializing in automotive financing
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with recruited agents
- Monitor BA performance to ensure monthly sales targets are met/exceeded
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for market expansion
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance agent capabilities
- Prepare performance reports and recruitment analytics
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaign execution and agent support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or marketing (automotive/finance preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities for performance tracking
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and CRM systems
- Valid Indonesian driver's license
