Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Identify areas for process improvement based on rigorous data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.
