We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Brand Executive to join our team in Bukit Merah. This role is central to our growth strategy, responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
As the Marketing and Brand Executive, you will manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, overseeing content creation for digital and print platforms, managing social media presence, supporting event coordination, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in marketing and brand management, preferably within the building, construction, or sustainability sectors. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a creative mindset. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and a solid understanding of SEO/SEM are highly valued.

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and alignment with company goals.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage and create content for company website, social media platforms, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate and support corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing and brand management, ideally in the building, construction, or sustainability industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
