PERSOL is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Campaign Executive to join our client's team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Ecosystems and Cross-Border Transfers team, driving marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategic objectives and on-the-ground execution. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you will manage campaign lifecycles, ensure brand consistency, and support the expansion of payment ecosystem services. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience within a top-tier banking environment while showcasing their ability to coordinate complex marketing programs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaign execution for payment services and cross-border transfer products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, managing timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Support the development of promotional assets, including digital content, email newsletters, and collateral for payment ecosystems.
- Ensure smooth operational delivery of marketing tasks in compliance with bank policies.
- Maintain project documentation and status updates for campaign stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the banking, financial services, or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and coordinating with external agencies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively navigate a matrix-structured organization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and performance analytics platforms.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract duration starting immediately.
