Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the client's Shopify storefront, including product listings, collections, themes, and overall site architecture to maximize conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve aggressive ROAS and CPA targets.
- Implement comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings for target keywords.
- Coordinate and manage product listings across various online marketplaces, ensuring consistent branding and accurate inventory levels.
- Analyze e-commerce and marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Business Suite, delivering regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-converting product creatives, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and new marketing channels.
- Manage email marketing sequences (Klaviyo or similar) to nurture leads, recover abandoned carts, and drive repeat purchases.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably within the Australian or Western markets.
- Expert proficiency with Shopify (Liquid, apps, theme customization) and experience with marketplace integrations (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid advertising budgets (Meta & Google Ads) with a strong focus on ROAS and conversion tracking.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, capable of presenting strategies and reports to international stakeholders.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems is highly desirable.
