Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple digital and social media channels.
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns from conceptualization to final reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media activities with overall organizational objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the production of high-quality multimedia assets, including graphics, short-form video, and copy.
- Manage marketing schedules and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Support engagement initiatives by organizing and promoting programme-specific events and digital interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation roles.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO principles, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record in project coordination and supporting large-scale engagement initiatives.
