Tanggung Jawab

  • &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and expand our client base in the region.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiating contracts and closing deals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and individual professionals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Represent Intellidesk Coworking at networking events, industry functions, and corporate presentations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management to optimize performance and strategies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

Kualifikasi

  • &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate or shared workspace sector.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with diverse clients.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office applications.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Valid driver’s license and own transportation are preferred for local client visits.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
