Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, sales materials, and follow-up correspondence.
- Monitor and update social media channels with engaging content and industry news.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Manage and organize customer databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and CRM maintenance.
- Help create and edit marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and digital assets.
- Greet clients and visitors at the office, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic content creation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn new marketing strategies.
- Relevant internship experience is a plus.
