Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and events).
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate and support the logistics for corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and distribute marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales kits.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Maintain and update the company's CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customers.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, processing invoices, and handling correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are highly encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for brand building.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
