As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support all advertising, promotions, and brand-building activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a keen eye for detail. Your work will include coordinating with external agencies, managing promotional materials, assisting with digital content, and helping to execute events that drive customer engagement and sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in creating and implementing advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate product launches, in-store promotions, and community events to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting minutes, and budget tracking.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for retail, fashion, or footwear is an advantage.
