Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for assigned Korean brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Create high-quality content, including captions, blog posts, and visual assets, tailored to the K-beauty aesthetic and Filipino market preferences.
- Coordinate with influencers and KOLs to execute influencer marketing campaigns and manage partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, pop-up events, and promotional activities in the Philippines.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries on social media platforms and maintain strong relationships with key brand partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Korean culture, beauty trends, and current social media trends is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
