In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations, providing critical administrative and coordination support to our Chief Marketing Officer and various pillar leads.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play an essential role in bringing our brand visions to life. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, assisting in the execution of nationwide campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication across our diverse marketing departments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Central Marketing Team in the daily execution and coordination of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CMO, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate with pillar leads to track campaign milestones, deadlines, and project deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation, reports, and marketing assets for easy team access.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow between internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Support the coordination of events, product launches, and promotional activations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assist in the preparation of regular management reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to professional growth.
