Taylormade Construction and Realty Corp. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Marikina City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketing department, ensuring that our campaigns, administrative tasks, and clerical processes run seamlessly to support our real estate and construction projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are coordinating digital marketing assets or preparing client presentations, you will play a vital role in elevating our brand presence. We offer a collaborative work environment where your contribution directly impacts our growth in the Metro Manila property market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the marketing team in the execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage administrative workflows, including filing, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing materials align with project timelines.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of social media content and digital marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and track marketing performance metrics and generate weekly status reports.
  • Maintain and organize the company’s digital asset library and client databases.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printing partners, or agencies when required.
  • Provide clerical support for presentations, proposals, and project launches.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Residency in or near Marikina City is highly preferred.
