- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure cohesive marketing-sales alignment
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement
- Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support role
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and SEO principles
