Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development departments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for marketing collateral and project documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional events, product launches, and sales meetings.
- Prepare and format professional reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and update marketing activity logs and performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and clients to ensure timely delivery of departmental initiatives.
- Manage departmental scheduling, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM software is a definite plus.
