Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Edit and retouch photos and short-form videos to maintain brand aesthetics.
- Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Support the team in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and report on basic social media engagement metrics to help refine our strategy.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a creative flair and an eye for design.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and current social media trends.
