As our Marketing Assistant, you will act as the bridge between production and our retail network. You will be responsible for ensuring the right products reach the right areas at the right time, while also managing customer relations through efficient handling of repairs and pullouts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade marketing and supply chain coordination within a respected industry leader.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the strategic allocation of products across designated service areas.
- Coordinate customer service requests, including product repairs and pullout logistics.
- Maintain precise inventory records by monitoring and updating stock cards from production output.
- Represent the company during events, trade shows, and bazaars to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure stock availability aligns with promotional schedules.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status and regional product performance.
- Assist in the execution of on-site marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, inventory, or marketing coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers at events.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends for events and bazaars.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
