Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to launch your career in the dynamic world of marketing? Unity Momentum Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Rawang, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving our trade marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of our promotional activities.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the backbone of our on-ground operations. You will assist in the planning and coordination of high-impact roadshows, manage the logistics for event setups, and ensure that all merchandising displays are executed to perfection. Your role involves close collaboration with HODs to streamline operational tasks and coordinating with promoters to maximize campaign effectiveness. We are looking for a proactive team player who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to our brand's visibility and success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Manage on-ground event setup, dismantle, and ensure all operational standards are met during activations.
  • Coordinate with promoters and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and organize marketing collateral, merchandising materials, and promotional inventory.
  • Support the Head of Department (HOD) with daily administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to optimize future marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and operational protocols during all marketing activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or sales support (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A valid driving license is an added advantage.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic presentation.
