Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns tailored to the real estate market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to produce high-quality listing materials, including photos and property descriptions.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and update our company website and online property portals with accurate, current information.
- Provide administrative support for marketing events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or CRM software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
