Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, specifically targeting English and Korean-speaking demographics.
- Translate and localize marketing collateral, blog posts, and newsletters to ensure brand consistency across languages.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visually appealing content that aligns with our sustainability mission.
- Monitor campaign performance analytics and prepare weekly reports to suggest actionable improvements.
- Support the team in organizing and executing community engagement events and ocean-based conservation outreach programs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with international stakeholders and local partners.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances relevant to the Korean market.
- Passionate about environmental sustainability, blue economy, and marine conservation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
