As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day marketing operations, brand activations, and market research initiatives. You will work closely with experienced brand managers, gaining invaluable exposure to global marketing standards and Japanese operational excellence. We offer a structured 5-day work week with favorable hours (8 am to 4:30 pm), allowing for a great work-life balance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing collateral production.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging consumer trends.
- Support the team in managing social media content calendars and digital engagement.
- Maintain accurate marketing databases and performance tracking reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store merchandising and brand activations.
- Prepare marketing presentation materials, reports, and administrative documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior internship experience in FMCG is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a Japanese corporate culture characterized by precision and teamwork.
