Tanggung Jawab
- Support Retail Marketing Manager in developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic plans for third-party brands
- Lead creative production workflows for marketing collateral including digital assets, in-store displays, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with third-party brand partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for optimization
- Manage administrative tasks including budget tracking, vendor communications, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience in retail or consumer goods sector
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
