Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.

  • Support the Marketing Manager in daily operations and departmental budget management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and/or Malay.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
