Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging training sessions for clients on the effective use of our AI digital marketing tools.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through various channels.
- Perform timely follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing projects, inquiries, and service enhancements.
- Identify opportunities and propose recommendations for process improvement within marketing and operational workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports as required.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client data and interaction logs.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and support strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative, support, or junior marketing role, preferably within a B2B or tech-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
