Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of pre-sale documentation and quotation proposals for prospective clients.
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining client databases and tracking lead engagement.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition from pre-sale inquiries to import/export clearance processes.
- Monitor regulatory updates to assist in ensuring company-wide customs compliance.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to BOC regulations.
- Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries regarding cargo status and clearance requirements.
- Perform market research to identify potential business opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Maintain organized records of all customs transactions and client correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valid Customs Broker License (Professional Regulatory Commission) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Philippine import/export laws and Bureau of Customs (BOC) procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Recent graduates with a strong academic background in logistics or marketing are encouraged to apply.
