Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including lead management and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, social graphics, and promotional emails.
- Manage customer inquiries received through digital channels to ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably with a portfolio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and MS Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
- Familiarity with basic sales principles and CRM software is a definite advantage.
