Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip sequences, and promotional blasts.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records regularly.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the US-based team to align marketing activities with business goals and seasonal trends.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms and blog posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
- Support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a Fixed Night Shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
