- Develop, schedule, and manage original, high-quality content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Execute and optimize multi-channel global marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate technical healthcare features into clear marketing benefits for the target audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Manage the company’s social media community, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement rates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies within the healthcare tech space.
- Support the design and distribution of digital promotional materials and internal communications.
- Assisting in the development of the annual marketing calendar and strategic growth roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably within a tech startup or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and social media management platforms.
