Your Role in Our Story
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with top event suppliers, assisting in the execution of high-impact promotional campaigns, and implementing strategies that boost customer engagement and brand visibility across Cebu and beyond. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure every campaign aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from ₱17,000 to ₱20,000 per month, along with a supportive team culture and opportunities for professional advancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute exciting marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive foot traffic and customer engagement at our Cebu City location.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with external event suppliers, vendors, and sponsorship partners.
- Assist in the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, print ads, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, engaging with the online community to enhance brand loyalty and visibility.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks related to the marketing department, ensuring smooth project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and Filipino.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mindset.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City on a full-time basis.
