Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and promote the Medical Center's wide range of services.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, such as medical missions, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to guide marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, optimizing for ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and clinical priorities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and influencers to maximize brand exposure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations. Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to create compelling content and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Willing to work onsite in Salitran II, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
