- Monitor social media channels and alert leadership of urgent matters requiring immediate attention
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Support content creation for digital platforms including social media, email, and web
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
