Are you a dynamic Marketing Associate looking to make a tangible impact in the sustainable energy sector? Excellence New Energy Resources Corp is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company in the local community, conducting essential field operations to identify and partner with restaurants and food service establishments for the collection of used cooking oil.
This is a hands-on position requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motorcycle for daily travel across Malate and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local businesses, promoting our green initiatives, and managing the logistics of oil procurement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients, specifically targeting restaurants and food outlets for used cooking oil collection.
- Perform daily field visits by motorcycle to meet clients, negotiate collection agreements, and onboard new partners.
- Manage client relationships by maintaining accurate records of collection schedules and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely pickup of collected oil from partner establishments.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials to increase brand awareness within the local community.
- Track sales targets and provide regular feedback on market trends and client needs.
- Represent the company at local community events to promote sustainable waste management practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license and the physical ability to drive for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform active field work, including driving and meeting clients face-to-face.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales or field marketing is a significant plus.
