Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and curate engaging content across Mesaverse's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Develop, plan, and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales for board games, toy collections, and hobby accessories.
- Coordinate and host community events, game nights, and tournaments to boost customer engagement.
- Assist in creating digital assets (graphics, short-form videos) to showcase new arrivals and community highlights.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
- Engage with the local and online hobbyist community to foster strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing strategies with retail inventory and business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep interest in or knowledge of board games, collectible toys, tabletop RPGs, and hobbyist culture.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality, comfortable hosting events and engaging with people.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
