Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for Vista Land's real estate projects in Bataan
- Identify and engage potential buyers through targeted digital marketing, social media, and community outreach
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and customer acquisition goals
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on ROI analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in Bataan
- Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, digital content, and promotional materials
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate events to enhance brand presence in key Bataan locations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO/SEM)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and campaign performance
