- Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for Vista Land's real estate projects in Butuan City
- Assist in creating engaging marketing materials including brochures, digital content, and promotional videos
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales targets and buyer preferences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies
- Engage with potential buyers through various channels including social media, email marketing, and community events
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Butuan's real estate sector
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Assist in planning and executing property launches and promotional events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software is an advantage
