Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects in Cauayan City
- Create compelling digital and traditional marketing materials including brochures, social media content, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify buyer trends and competitive landscape in Isabela region
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and customer acquisition goals
- Organize on-site promotional events, open houses, and community outreach programs
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and marketing budgets effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer-centric approach
