Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital/social media strategies for B2B, B2C, and Provider segments
- Lead offshore marketing teams with 10+ direct/indirect reports through performance coaching and mentorship
- Drive content scalability across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels
- Establish KPI frameworks and analytics dashboards to measure campaign ROI and audience engagement
- Collaborate with product, sales, and clinical teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives
- Optimize content distribution through paid, owned, and earned media channels
- Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise scaling social/digital content for B2B/B2C audiences in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
- Strong track record managing $500K+ digital budgets with measurable ROI
- Experience with content lifecycle management from ideation to performance analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
