Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to reach Mandarin-speaking target audiences.
- Manage professional communication with clients and partners via WeChat and other digital channels.
- Prepare marketing collateral and reports using MS Office suite to support business development.
- Collaborate with the internal team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and lead engagement metrics.
- Provide support for administrative marketing tasks and assist in coordinating promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (Oral and Written) – this is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum education level: SMU/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Strong familiarity with WeChat for business communication purposes.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
