Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote real estate projects in Taal, Batangas.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation, buyer engagement, and conversion.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, presentations, and videos.
- Organize and manage marketing events, property tours, open houses, and promotional roadshows.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts and online listings to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain relationships with media partners and vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing, advertising, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and MS Office Suite.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Taal and Batangas area for events and site visits.
- Knowledge of property sales processes and a keen understanding of buyer psychology is a plus.
