Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote real estate projects in the Tanauan area.
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support site visits, project launches, and promotional events.
- Create engaging visual content, brochures, and digital materials that highlight the features of our communities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships for advertising and promotional activities.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
