As a Marketing Broker Staff, you will develop and implement strategies to expand our broker network, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing market share and driving revenue growth in the competitive Jakarta insurance market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with insurance brokers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with brokers to promote China Taiping Insurance Group's products and services
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the broker network
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to broker partners
- Monitor broker performance and provide regular feedback to improve business outcomes
- Prepare and present reports on broker activities and business development progress
- Identify and address challenges in broker relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing and sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in broker relationship management or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and related products
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
