Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and update social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Support e-commerce initiatives, including product listings, promotions, and online store optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communications.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and business development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
