Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies to support business growth.
- Support the sales and business development team in lead generation and client outreach activities.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain first-hand business insights.
- Help monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, and business development strategies.
- Proactive attitude with a hunger for learning and personal development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
