Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Marketing and Communications team in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the Malaysian property market.
- Support the coordination and execution of sales launches, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation and proofreading of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and website content.
- Support the Sales and Marketing department with administrative tasks and database management within CRM systems.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for brand positioning and lifestyle-centric marketing strategies.
- Provide operational support to ensure seamless customer experience during site visits and gallery tours.
- Compile weekly reports on marketing performance metrics and engagement data.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor suitable for high-end property development.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry.
- Available for a minimum duration of 3 to 6 months.
