Optum, a leader in health innovation, is seeking a Marketing Channel Lead - Events & Client Engagement to join our high-performing team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end executive event strategies that drive engagement and build the sales pipeline.
As the Channel Lead, you will bridge the gap between creative event execution and data-driven business results. You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensure total compliance in a highly regulated industry, and deliver high-touch experiences that resonate with C-suite clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end event strategies for executive-level clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, from strategic conceptualization and vendor selection to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and account management teams to ensure event content directly supports pipeline development.
- Monitor and report on key engagement metrics, leveraging data to optimize future event performance and ROI.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal and industry-specific marketing regulations for all event content and communications.
- Curate high-impact agendas and speaker lineups that position Optum as a thought leader in the healthcare industry.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, corporate events, or client engagement roles, preferably within healthcare or B2B sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-touch executive experiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking engagement data and reporting on marketing ROI.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements in a regulated business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and consultative approach.
