Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement integrated brand strategies to strengthen company identity and market positioning.
- Oversee the end-to-end creation of visual concepts for branding, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
- Supervise the creative team and external agencies in the production of high-quality multimedia assets.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand innovation and growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including social media, websites, and physical marketing collateral.
- Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate public relations activities and manage corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Design, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing Communications or Brand Management, with supervisory experience.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and social media strategy.
- Proficiency in creative direction and a solid understanding of design principles (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
