Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing events including product launches, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and brand consistency
- Monitor event budgets and financial performance while optimizing cost-efficiency
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align events with strategic communication goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or marketing communications
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
